If you are currently living in your home for the duration of the campaign, our Home Consultations will take the weight off your shoulders and allow you to style and present your home for sale with your very own furniture/items. Home Consultations include a walk-through of your home with a Qualified Interior Designer, in which I will access your property from inside out and advise you how you can restyle your home in the most cost-effective way to lift the profile and appeal to the current market.
This service will include the following:
- Professional advice on what to change/add to your property
- Professional advice on the layout of your property
- Tips on what to do on Auction Day/Open for Inspection dates
- Direction on how to style your beds
- Opportunity to hire furniture through our business
- A Digital Styling Guide for Visual Reference
- A detailed Consultation Report outlining the information discussed during the Consultation
This service is valued at $350* (inclusive of GST) or may be a Complimentary Service when listed with a preferred Real Estate Agent.
*Pricing may vary if property location beyond 30km radius.
