Selling your home can be stressful, especially if you are considering selling in the year of 2020. What a crazy year it has been and we are only in April! Although things are up in the air at the moment in the midst of this global pandemic, if there is one thing I can still strongly recommend; whether it's for right now, next month, or in the next six months - it's that you should always consider styling your vacant property rather than selling empty. 

Why? Well that's simple - a vacant property will not have as much impact as a styled home. 
As human beings, we need that emotional connection when making a purchase. Think about it, when you see an ad pop up on your instagram feed, you only click it if it's something you are interested in, right? Well the same thing applies for property listings.
